SpaceChase – A video game UI

SpaceChase is a research project that explores the potentials and limitations of spatial networks and space syntax theory. One step of the project is to design and develop a game that reflects spatial configurations as a dynamic network visualisation and graph theory. Briefly, the game consists of scenes (contexts), such as home, restaurant, or nursery, and levels where the player is expected to complete certain goals. At each level, the player has to create an abstract architectural space using nodes (space) and links (doors/views) with the given node selections. A level can be completed in various ways
